Susan Kay Gaetze

Susan K. Scearcy Gaetze, 73, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018. Private services will be held at a later date. Susan was born on July 27, 1944 in Winnebago, MN, the daughter of Ardys and Laverne Scearcy. She graduated from Winnebago High School in 1962. Susan worked as a beautician and farm hand in Albert Lea, Minnesota. She was passionate about raising her Arabian horses and caring for her “babes” on the family farm that she loved so dearly. Susan is survived by her two daughters, Lori Udermann of Albert Lea, MN and Jill Johnson of Scott, AR; brother, Tom Scearcy of Alexandria, MN; and two grandchildren, Matthew and MacKayla Udermann. A special thanks to all her close friends and family that helped my “Ma” stay at the farm.  We are forever grateful for the care and consideration they gave for Susan.
