Sandra Rita Felice

Sandra Rita Felice, age 80 of Winnebago, MN, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at United Hospital District in Blue Earth, MN. 

Sandra was born on December 18, 1944 in Jennings, LA to Charles and Grace (Parker) Pettifield. Sandra attended school through the 11th grade. She worked several jobs over her lifetime. Sandra married Roger Dale Felice in Lake Charles, LA. Sandra moved to Winnebago later in life to spend her final days close to her twin sister, Andrea. Together the pair often played bingo, enjoyed thrift store shopping, cooking, and spending time together. It wasn’t often that you would see one without the other. The bond they had was sacred and treasured. Sandra will later be buried at Union Cemetery in Mapleton, MN, next to Andrea, per her final wishes.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Rubena Voshell of Bismark, AR; twin sister, Andrea Zita Riley of Winnebago, MN; sister, Linda Friese of Marietta, GA; brother, Randolph Pettifield of Lake Charles, LA; and many more friends and family.

Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Roger; sons, Richard, Darren, and Alvin Voshell; her parents; Grace and Charles; brothers; Charles Jr., Gene, Clyde, Willis, Dan, Billy, and Glen; sisters Joy and Cynthia all of Louisiana.

A celebration of life will be hosted/announced by the Riley family at a later date.
