Robert “Bob” Leo Staloch, age 61, of Winnebago, MN, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 12, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN. Bob was born on August 12, 1956 to John and Jean (McCormick) Staloch of Winnebago, MN. Bob attended school in Winnebago and graduated in 1974 from Winnebago High School. After high school, he worked at, and eventually managed, Duncanson Lumber, which became Winnebago Lumber, Inc. Bob also worked at True Value in Fairmont, Home Depot in Mankato, and Vets Glass in Winnebago. Bob enjoyed hunting, learning how to fly fish, and most of all spending time with his children and grandchild. He loved getting together with family and friends. Bob was a proud member of AA. Bob is survived by his best friend and significant other, Caroline Olson; children, Kate (Ted) Stenzel, Dan (Amy) Staloch, Betsy (Andrew) Ritzer; grandchild, Josie Stenzel; siblings, Mike Staloch, Margie Hanenberger, Kathy Kuhns, Mary Barker, Patty (Jason) Gullord; brother-in-law, Terry Walters; and many other loving nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends. Bob is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Teresa Walters and brother, Peter Staloch. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
