Memorial Services for Elmer will be on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 4:00 PM at the Winnebago Municipal Building. Elmer Henry Bailey was born May 1, 1916 at Becker, MN, to James and Elizabeth Bailey. Elmer was the youngest of twelve. Elmer is survived by wife Rose, daughter Patricia, son Bruce, 4 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Donations may be made to United Hands Hospice, in Memory of Elmer.
