ROGER DOUGLAS WALLACE, age 81, of Delavan, died Saturday, May 30, 2015, at his home in Delavan. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 8, 2015, at 11:00am, at Spencer Owen Funeral Home in Winnebago, with Deacon Chris Walchuk officiating. Burial will be in Rice Lake Cemetery, Delavan. Visitation will be 1 hour before the service at, Spencer Owen Funeral Home, 345 6th Ave SE in Winnebago. Web tributes may be left at www.spencerowen.com Roger was born in Winnebago, Minnesota on April 7, 1934, the son of Stanley and Meryl (Seffens) Wallace. He farmed in the Delavan area until his retirement in 1989. After his retirement he enjoyed helping out and caring for Rice Lake Cemetery. He is survived by two brothers, Neal (Evelyn) Wallace of Vernon Center and Lynn Wallace of Delavan, sister-in-law, Arlis Wallace of Waterville, MN, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Stanton, Winton, Miles and Curtiss and two sisters, Jean Haase and Mona McDonald.
