Paula Leslie Sanders, age 65, of Amboy, died Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at her home. Memorial visitation on Saturday, February 8, 2014, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at Spencer Owen Funeral Home in Winnebago. Web tributes may be left at www.spencerowen.com Paula was born October 30, 1948, in Bangor, Maine, the daughter of Paul L. and Josephine (Hanson) Davis. She was married to Robert G. Brucker on July 1, 1972 in Newbern, North Carolina. She was later married to Dennis E. Sanders on November 22, 1985. Paula was a homemaker and had worked as a bookkeeper at Sanders Trucking Co. She also worked at the Cottage Café and Mick’s Place in Amboy. Paula loved spending time with her extended family and socializing with friends. Her favorite pass times were watching horror movies, visiting Duluth and the ocean on the east coast. She also loved swimming and driving her mustang. Paula is survived by her son, Jeffrey Brucker of Mankato, her granddaughters, Kenzie & Kira Brucker, sister-in-law, Sam Davis and a nephew, Lance Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dennis in 2002 and a brother, John Davis.
